What is outlined below is an online version of the project management workshop that I hold every year for the Master of Biotechnology programme and recently created for my undergraduate course on innovation (IMI302) at the University of Toronto Mississauga. The workshop has been broken into 9 parts including 3 exercises. Each part takes 15-20 minutes so overall this course will take about 3 hours in total. You can, of course, pause any time. You'll likely need to print it so you can mark-up the PERT chartas well as print and fill in the Gantt chart. Email me a photo of your completed Gantt at [email protected]. If you are having troubles, you can also email me at this address.
