What is outlined below is an online version of the project management workshop that I hold every year for the Master of Biotechnology programme and recently created for my undergraduate course on innovation (IMI302) at the University of Toronto Mississauga. The workshop has been broken into 9 parts including 3 exercises. Each part takes 15-20 minutes so overall this course will take about 3 hours in total. You can, of course, pause any time.
